Eagle Beach - 2 Minute Walk
The Aruban Resort & Casino is located just a 2 minute walk from the beautiful white sandy beach of Eagle Beach. With its powder white sand and friendly surf, Eagle Beach is rated the 7th best beach in the world. Snorkeling, diving, and many other motorized and non-motorized water sports can be facilitated through the resort concierge.
Scuba Diving

Famous for an abundance of coral formations and spectacular ship wrecks, the best scuba diving in Aruba exists directly off the coast off of Palm Beach. Aruba Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) - 15 Minutes
The airport is located two miles (3km) southeast of Oranjestad. Local buses leave regularly to Oranjestad from bus stops just outside the airport property. Tour buses can take passengers to their required destination. Taxis are also available. There are 26 local and international car rental companies represented at the airport, including Avis, Alamo, Budget and Hertz. Estimated taxi cost (one-way) is $28 USD. The taxi cost shown is only an estimate and will vary depending on time of travel.

The Aruban Resort & Casino has just begun the first phase of a multi-million dollar top-to-bottom renovation that will include completely redesigned and remodeled guest rooms, reception, and common areas. The Aruban Casino will be the largest casino in Aruba. This renovation effort will continue through 2009. The Aruban Resort and Casino was a good value. It was spotlessly clean, close to the beach, and had a very 'laid back' ambiance. Very competitive with other resorts for the price.
SaveOnResorts.com was very courteous each time we contacted them. They also have a lot of vacations to choose from. In July we were not ready to make a decision as to where we should go on vacation in August. SaveOnResorts.com certainly helped us with the choice of Aruba especially with the price of accommodations. We will certainly use their website again!
