I found the site very easy and was able to find the right package for us. The response we received from the resort was with in an half hour of making the reservation. Which I found amazing. Great customer service.

Great vacation package at a great resort in Cancun for an excellent price. Clean rooms and amenities. Nice beach front property and swimming pool. We enjoyed it very much specially my son.

We loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. It was great to have them there to pick us up at the airport and not have to worry about finding a taxi. We got the King bed we asked for and a partial view of the ocean. Our room was spacious and always very clean. Our room was very quiet and we weren't bothered by surrounding neighbors although we were prepared with ear plugs. The grounds were very pretty and it was nice not to be crowded right next to another hotel. We enjoyed walking through the tree lined path to the bus. The swimming pools were lovely, just like the pictures, not very many people, so plenty of room. The water was a little cool, during the day the water was refreshing, at night a little chilly, but we did take one evening swim just for the experience. There were several nice beaches just down from the hotel that were perfect. All the beaches in Cancun are public and so we could walk quite a long ways. The Laguna Grill across the street and down a block was fabulous and very romantic. We had excellent food, attentive waiters and were excited to watch as our waiters fed an 8 foot long crocodile right next to our table, overlooking the lagoon. Our time share presentation was well done, we enjoyed a beautiful buffet breakfast outside with views of the ocean just a few feet away. The food was very yummy, especially the pastries, fruit and juices. We enjoyed several Pina Colada drinks and cold bottled water, which was a nice extra. It was nice not be pressured. THANK YOU!
